House Policies

At Da Guido La Pasta, our goal is to create a warm and welcoming dining experience for every guest. These policies are in place to protect our guests, our staff, and our restaurant, and to ensure everything runs smoothly. We have a few house policies. These apply to all guests from the moment you enter the restaurant.

Bookings & Arrivals

Please check your booking confirmation for seating times and durations, as these vary depending on the size and time of your reservation. We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If no contact is made by phone or SMS within this time, your table may be released and a cancellation fee of $50 per person may apply.

Payments

We do not split bills. One payment is required per table. Guests are welcome to bring cash to contribute their share, but the bill must be settled in a single transaction. A 10% surcharge applies on Sundays and a 15% surcharge applies on public holidays. All credit card payments incur a variable processing fee.

Children & Families

Children under 12 are exempt from set menus and may order a pasta or main from the à la carte menu. We do not offer kids menus or smaller portion sizes. Highchairs may be available on request, and prams may be accommodated in limited cases depending on the day and the number of guests booked, though space cannot be guaranteed.

CCTV Cameras

For the safety of our guests, staff, and premises, Da Guido La Pasta operates CCTV cameras with audio recording in certain areas of the restaurant. Recordings are used strictly for safety and security purposes and may be shared with law enforcement if required.

Cakes & Decorations

Guests are welcome to bring their own cake, though cakeage fees may apply, and advance notice is required. Decorations may be brought in by guests, or we can supply them for an additional fee. Please note that confetti, glitter, smoke effects, pyrotechnics, or any other items that may damage the property or disrupt service are strictly not permitted.
