BEG YOU PARMESAN
We blame the Parmigiano.
It made us plan the whole thing
On Wednesday 23 July, Da Guido La Pasta will host a one-night-only celebration of Parmigiano Reggiano DOC.
This four-course menu is crafted entirely around the bold, layered beauty of Parmigiano — from aged tastings to handmade pasta and a bold, sweet finish.
Each course is paired with a wine selected by Emanuele Luzi, sommelier and wine director at Il Mercante Wines, who will join us on the night to guide guests through every pour.
This is a one-time dinner, and it won’t come back.
